Sachin Tendulkar Moves To His New Villa In Bandra

Little Master Sachin Tendulkar and his family moved to their new villa located in Bandra, Mumbai. Sachin shifted from his old home in La Mer Housing Society in Bandra West. The new villa is very spacious and spread over the area of over 6000 square feet and have five floors.

Sachin said that “I have moved to new place. We are happy as a family to have moved to this place. Everyone has a dream of owning a house. I, too, had this dream. I am happy that I was able to fulfill it. The flat where I earlier used to live, I had received it under the sports quota. I have now vacated that place, so that some other sportsman can live there.”

The new home was bought by Sachin in year 2007 for Rs 39 crore and now got it ready after its reconstruction. This Palace like Villa is fully secured by CCTV Cameras, Sensors and high walled fencing. Sachin is also first Indian cricketer after Nawab of Pataudi to have most luxurious villa.

The house is made by considering all the Vastu elements in mind and also special emphasis was given for the kid’s quarter. According to the reports, there is a Swimming Pool on the terrace and parking space of about 45-50 cars.
